Be positive in life and be grateful about the good things you have. You can write three things that make you happy every day and just appreciate what you have. Bitterness will only increase stress and depression.
Accept all situations that cannot be changed
Some situations are very difficult, but if you cannot change them, learn how to live with them. If you lost a job, move on and get another. Whatever the problem, if you cannot change the situation, accept it.
